Is Walking Going To Help Me To Lose Weight?

If you are on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan then you know that they recommend getting at least a little exercise while following the plan. But is walking one of the ways that can help accelerate your weight loss program?

My question is why wouldn’t it help? Any time you get out and exercise, no matter what kind of exercise it is, it is going to be good for you. I happen to love walking. I’m not one for going to the gym and lifting weights and all of that. Rather, I enjoy 30 minutes walks and getting the fresh air.

This not only helps you to lose weight, but it also comes with the benefit of clearing your mind. When you are out walking your mind is not at the office. You’re not on the phone or in a meeting. You’re not in your car in rush hour traffic. It relieves the stress of the day. So for me, I would highly recommend walking to anyone who wants to lose a few extra pounds and clear their mind as well.
